4. Using the Answering System
The answering system allows you to receive both voice messages and faxes
while you are out.
The answering system
has one general box
and four personal
boxes for callers to
leave messages.
To use the answering system,
you must record a greeting for
the general box, and a
greeting for each personal box
you wish to use.
Each cordless handset can be used to listen to
the messages in its corresponding personal box
(the personal box with the same number as the
cordless handset)
