Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) Card is

an IC card containing customer and authentication

information, including the handset number, and

limited storage for Phone Book entries and SMS

messages.

USIM Card must be inserted to use this handset. Turn

handset off before inserting/removing USIM Card.

Do not force USIM Card into or out of handset; damage

may result.

Avoid touching USIM Card IC chip or terminals; doing so

may hinder performance.

Some downloaded files may be inaccessible after

repairs, USIM Card replacement or handset upgrade/

replacement.

Hereby, Sharp Telecommunications of Europe Ltd, declares

that 814SH and 815SH are in compliance with the essential

requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive

1999/5/EC.
