“Use Multimedia”: Sets permission to use the multimedia
recording.
“Location Access”: Sets permission to send location
information.
4. Select one of the following options:
“Ask Once”: The confirmation message is displayed
the first time network access is executed.
“Always Ask”: The confirmation message is displayed
every time network access is executed.
“Never Ask”: The confirmation message is not
displayed while execution of network
access is authorised.
“No”: Execution of network access is not
authorised.
Note
To clear all the permission settings, select “Reset Settings” in
step 3.
Some permissions are not available for some Java™
applications.
“Bluetooth Conn.”, “Read User Data” and “Write User Data” may
not be available in step 3.
Viewing Application Information

1. Highlight the desired Java™ application.
2. Press [Options] and select “Information”.
Deleting an Application
You can delete an application in the folder.

2. Press [Options] and select “Delete”.

Application Volume
When the profile is set to “Silent”, the “General Volume” setting
(p. 91) has priority.

1. Press a (or d) to increase the volume or press b (or c)
to decrease the volume and then press B.
Backlight

1. Select from “Always On”, “Always Off” or “Normal
Settings”.
“Always On”: Lit while the application is operated.
“Always Off”: Unlit while the application is operated
even if a key is pressed.
“Normal Settings”: Works with the main backlight setting
(p. 90).
