Before Using the Handset
Sub display
The following shows a screen when Sub Clock display (nP. 94) is set to
[Stdby clock(H・L)].
1Signal status
When [A] appears, the handset is outside the service area or in a
place with no signal. Signal icon can be changed (nP. 99).
2Battery level (nP. 47)
Flashes during charging.
This icon can be changed (nP. 47, P. 99).
3i-mode/Full Browser (nP. 159, P. 162)
4SSL/TLS (nP. 159, P. 162)
When this icon appears while Multi Assistant is used, function such as
i-mode, Full Browser, i-appli or Software update is being used with
Multi Assistant.
5i-appli (nP. 257)
*i-appli is set as the stand-by display, but cannot be used.
Does not appear in the i-Widget screen.
6GPS (nP. 295, P. 298)
7Ir communication/External device
8i-mode mail/SMS/Area Mail received (nP. 132)
* Appears when Area Mail is received.
