When the area code (city code) begins with “0”,
omit the first “0” when dialing (Include the “0
when making a call to some countries or regions
such as Italy).

overseas
When you make a call to a WORLD WING subscriber
overseas, the call is made as an international call to
Japan regardless of your country of stay.
1 In stand-by, enter “+” (0 for at least 1 second),
country code “81” (Japan) and the other party’s
mobile phone number excluding the first “0”
