Updating Software
The product supports the software update.
The software update function can also be used for operating system
updates. An operating system update is a software update which also
includes updating of the product’s operating system.

When the standby screen is displayed, press
k
[Settings] [Other settings] [Device info]
[Software update].
The first time activating this feature, an important notice
confirmation screen is displayed. Confirm the content and select
“OK”

Software
update
Check whether a software update is necessary or
not.
Press
k
(Exec) to start a check. When an update
is necessary, you can download data for a
software update.
To update immediately, press
k
(Exec) and
follow the on-screen instructions.
To update later, select “後で更新” to end the
application. is displayed in the status bar.
To update software, select “Software update” in
the status bar and follow the on-screen
instructions.
If a software update is possible, “新しいソフト
ウェアのダウンロードが可能です。” is
displayed. If an operating system update is
possible, “OSアップデートが可能です。” is
displayed.
