The "EVALUAT COND"(evaluation conditions) screen will appear.
For details about the evaluation conditions, see page 3-18.
Numeric calculation setting
- Press the TRG/BRT key to move the cursor to the upper function menu, and highlight "COND" using
the left and right arrow keys. Press the SET key to show the popup menu. Select "NUM-CALC" from
the popup menu.
- Select "NUM-CALC" on the menu tree.

Output condition setting
- Press the TRG/BRT key to move the cursor to the upper function menu, and highlight "COND" using
the left and right arrow keys. Press the SET key to display the popup menu. Select "OUT" from the
popup menu.
- Select "OUT-COND" on the menu tree.

Acceptance (OK/NG) criteria
WHITE: Acceptable when a majority of the inspected
pixels are white.
BLACK: Acceptable when a majority of the inspected
pixels are black.
Ex.: When the point to be inspected is 8 X 8 (64 pixels)
and WHITE is specified, if 33 white pixels are
detected, the point is accepted.
