The CCD trigger is enabled after a measurement execution command is entered.
-See Chapter 18 for details about the measurement execution commands (codes 10, 11, 12 and
14(H)).
- When one of the measurement execution commands (codes 10, 11, 12 and 14(H)) is normally
received during sampling, the sampling will stop.
Note: When the settings listed in section "17-3 CCD trigger" have not been made, a "CCD TRIG
NOT SET. (error 34)" will occur.

Note: Result output: The data in the block No., set in item " SET SERIAL BLOCK" on the
"OBJ-TYPE I/O" screen, will be transmitted to the personal computer. See page 17-
23.
