The software cannot be installed
Is there sufficient free space on your local drive?
Delete any unneeded files and applications to
increase free space on your local drive.
Are you using an operating system that is not
supported?
Make sure that the software can run on your
operating system.


How to check the IP address of this machine
You can check the IP address on the machine.
Tap the [Settings] key in the home screen, select
[Status] → [Network Status].

How to check the status of the peripherals
Check the status of the peripherals following the
steps below:
The "Machine Status List" will print. Print the
"Machine Status List" in the machine's settings by
tapping [Settings] → [Status] tab → [List for User]
→ [Machine Status List].
