ORDER CANCELLATION
Back order items may be cancelled at any time unless we have already despatched them to you or they were
specially ordered for you, for example non UK models or non-stock items. Sharp will not agree to cancel or credit
accepted orders.
CONTINUITY OF SUPPLY
Sharp will endeavour to supply service parts for the following periods from the date of final production of the
product.
Cosmetic parts/Printed literature 1-3 Years
Framework parts 3-5 Years
Performance mechanical/Electrical 5 Years
PARTS PRICES
All parts are supplied on a chargeable basis. Spare parts prices are reviewed each April, although prices may
change without prior notice, every effort will be made to give customers reasonable notice of any such change. A
price list is available on the parts web site showing price rank and cost. All orders with a value of less than £35.00
are subject to a minimum order charge.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice as per Sharp terms and conditions.
CONSUMABLES
Consumables (toner, developer, drums, maintenance kits) are sales items and can be purchased from sales
ordering (see quick contact guide for contact details). Consumables CANNOT be purchased from the parts
centre, and are NOT subject to warranty conditions.
