SharpONE replaces the old technical website and is now the single place to access firmware, documentation,
service bulletins, special print drivers, software, hotfixes/updates & trial licenses for Sharp manufactured products
and Sharp developed or promoted solutions.

. Your request will then be approved by the
technical administration team. General access print drivers that are not restricted from the end customer are
accessible through the download section of this same Sharp UK website.
Please be aware that when a new release of software is announced by a third party software vendor and there is
a Sharp related feature enhancement/bug fix within the update, the Sharp support team will internally test this new
version before uploading it on to SharpONE. We perform this testing to ensure that our products are as robust
and resilient within an end customer environment. As Sharp often do not receive any new software updates from
our software vendors prior to general release you will find that the software update will always be available for
download directly from any software vendor website before it can be found on our technical website. If you directly
visit the software vendor website and see any new version of software, we would strongly recommend that you
read the release notes and if Sharp is mentioned you wait and download the software from SharpONE after we
have performed our internal testing.
