■ Loading the batteries for the remote
control
1 Remove the battery compartment cover.
2 Insert 2 "AA" size batteries (UM/SUM-3, R6, HP-7 or similar)
into the battery compartment.
● When inserting the batteries, push them towards the battery
terminals.
● Placing the batteries the wrong way round can cause the unit
to malfunction.
3 Replace the battery compartment cover.

Battery removal:
● Push the batteries towards the battery terminals to remove
them.
Precautions for battery use:
● Insert the batteries according to the direction indicated in the
battery compartment.
● Replace all old batteries with new ones at the same time.
● Remove the battery if weak or if the unit is not in use for
long periods to prevent potential damage due to battery leak-
age.
● Do not mix old and new batteries.
Caution:
Do not use rechargeable batteries (nickel-cadmium battery, etc.).
