And, for the administrator, setting up access is as simple as
replicating the company directory, but they can also set up
specific device access and print, scan, copy rights to implement
a highly fine-tuned level of control.
In addition, SafeQ’s scan workflows use end-to-end encryption
to ensure that documents are securely delivered to their
pre-defined destinations. These workflows can also be
configured so that scans are created with PDF passwords.
Every company needs to print documents that may contain
confidential or sensitive information. Having these documents
le lying on the printer where everybody can see them is a
security risk.
SafeQ’s Authentication module lets you set up dierent types
of authentication, such as a PIN, username and password, or
use the company ID card to access your print devices. Jobs will
only be printed once the job owner authenticates themselves
at the printer. This ‘pull printing’ significantly decreases the
risk of documents being le unattended in the print tray and
exposed to unauthorised access. So instead of having to
provide and maintain dedicated printers for secure printing
the Authentication module ensures that you can safely print
confidential material on any device
