PRINTING A FAX RECEIVED BY F-CODE
CONFIDENTIAL RECEPTION
When an F-code confidential fax is sent to your machine, the fax is received to the memory box specified by the F-code.
To print the received fax, enter the print passcode.

The machine rings and the fax is
received.
A beep sounds when reception ends.

Select the special modes.
(1) Touch the [Special Modes] key.
(2) Touch the keys to switch through the screens.
(3) Touch the [Memory Box] key.

Touch the [Print Data] key.

Touch the key of the memory box
containing the confidential fax.
" " appears in the keys of memory boxes that have received
faxes. The keys of memory boxes that have not received faxes
are greyed out and cannot be selected.
