Sharing content from your meetings
The Sharp Pen soware intuitive user interface means
huddle meeting participants have easy access to a range
of additional features. In overlay mode, users can write
on-screen annotations or graphics directly onto photos,
videos, PDFs, and common Microso® document types.
These additions can be stored in USB memory or sent via
email. The soware also links with Microso PowerPoint®,
facilitating more interactive slideshow presentations.
With SHARP DISPLAY Connect, on-screen content,
including handwritten notes, can be shared
simultaneously with up to 50 devices bringing the
content of your sessions to larger numbers of people.
You may also want to share the finished outputs of
your huddles. There are three ways to do that too:
• Scanned documents can be directly imported to
Sharp Pen soware from a compatible Sharp MFP
(Multi-Function Printer) and displayed on
the PN-50TC1/ PN-40TC1 display;
• Content can be sent and saved to a connected PC
• Content can be printed on a connected MFP.
