Changing the Glide Pad Configuration
You can change the way the glide pad operates in the
Mouse Properties
dialog box.
From Windows
Start
menu, select
Settings - Control Panel
and double-click
Mouse
to open up the
Mouse Properties
dialog box. Click on any of the tabs; Buttons, or
Pointers. Use the checkboxes, drop down menus, and so on, to configure the glide
pad so that it operates to your satisfaction.
Disabling the Glide Pad
If you want to disable the glide pad when a mouse is connected, follow the
instructions below.

From the
Start
menu, select
Settings – Control Panel
.

Click
View all Control Panel options
.
3.
Double-click
Mouse
icon.
4.
Select
Touch
tab, and check
Disable this Device
.
This action ignores the settings on
Pointing Device
of
Main
menu of the Setup
Utility.
