Manual Defrost,
Ifthe food that you wishto defrost is not listed on the COMPU DEFROST CHART or is above or betow the limits in the "Amount"
column on the chart, you need to defrost manualiyo
You can defrost any frozen food, either rawor previously cooked, by using Power Level 3. Follow the exact 3-step procedu refound
under Time Cooking on page 1 !. Estimate defrosting time and press 3 for 30% when you select the power level
For either raw or previously cooked frozen food, the rule of thumb is approximately 5 minutes per pound° For example, defrost
5 minutes for 2-3 cups of casserole or 1 pound of frozen spaghetti sauce,
Always stop the oven periodically to remove or separate the portions that are defrosted. If food is not defrosted at the end of the
estimated defrosting time, program the oven in 1 minute increments on Power Level 3 until totally defrosted.
When using plastic containers from the freezer, defrost only long enough to remove from the plastic in order to place food in a
microwave-safe dish_

Food Amount Procedure
1/2 Roll,muffin 1-6 pcs, Use this setting to warm rolls, muffins, b[scuits, bagels etc. Large items should be

4 Roast pork 2..0-3.5 Ibs_ Boneless pork loin is recommended because it cooks evenly. Place on a microwave-
safe rack. Cover with vented plastic wrap° At signal, turn over. Shield with small, flat
pieces of aluminum foil any areas that are cooking too rapidly. Re-cover. After
cooking, remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to stand 10 minutes. Internal
temperature should be 170°-Fo
