It can be used for:COOKING: Canned food, Fish (whole or fillets), Fruit, Minced meat and Fresh vegetables. DEFROSTING: Chicken portions, Chops, Fish (whole or fillets), Minced meat and Sausages. HOW TO USE COOKING: Turn the COOKING CONTROL to the COOK setting (MEDIUM HIGH). Then turn the TIMER to the correct weight, i.e. 0.5kg.

Stir halfway through cooking. 3 Add the tomatoes, orange juice, orange rind and stock. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the bowl and cook on HIGH (100%) for 18 minutes, stir 2-3 times during cooking, until the vegetables are tender. 4 Blend and serve immediately.
