Place one cup of water in a glass measuring cup in the oven and close the door securely.
Operate the oven for one minute at HIGH 100%.
A. Does the oven light come on? YES NO __
B. Does the cooling fan work? YES __ NO _____
(Put your hand over the rear ventilating openings.)
C. Does the turntable rotate? YES NO
It is normal for the turntable to turn in either direction.
D. Is the water in the oven warm? YES NO
If "NO" is the answer to any of the above questions, please check electrical outlet, fuse and/or circuit: breaker.
If they are functioning properly,, CONTACT YOUR NEAREST SHARP AUTHORIZED SERVICER.
A microwave oven should newer be serviced by a "do-it-yourself" repair person.
NOTE: If time appearing in the display is counting down very rapidly, check Demonstration Mode on page 13
and cancel.
