AUTO COOK AC-1
Beverages
Quantity: 1 - 6 cups, 150 ml per cup
Utensils: Cup
Increasing unit: 150 ml/1 cup
Initial food temp: 20°C, Room temperature
Recommended
Menus: Coffee
Procedure:
• Place the beverage off centre on the turntable.
• After heating, stir and let stand for approx. 1 - 2
minutes.
NOTE: If initial beverage is (5°C ± 2°C) refrigerator
temperature, cook manually.
AUTO COOK AC-2
Soups, Casseroles
Quantity: 1-4 cups (200 ml per cup)
Utensils: Cup + plastic wrap/lid
Increasing unit: 200 ml
Initial food temp: 20°C, Room temperature
Procedure:
• Cover with microwave plastic wrap or lid.
• Place cups off centre on the turntable.
• After cooking, stir and let stand for approx.
1 - 2 minutes.

Frozen vegetables
Quantity: 0.1 - 0.6 kg
Utensils: Bowl & Lid
Increasing unit:: 100 g
Initial food temp: -18°C, (frozen)
Recommended
Menus: Brussels sprouts, green beans,
peas, mixed vegetables,
broccoli.
Procedure:
• Add 1 tbsp water per 100g. (For mushrooms no
additional water is necessary).
• Cover with a lid.
• When the oven stops and the audible signals
sound, stir and re-cover.
• After cooking, let stand for approx. 1-2 minutes.
NOTE: If frozen vegetables are compacted
together, cook manually.

Frozen ready meals
Quantity: 0.3 - 0.8 kg, Total weight*
Utensils: Casserole & plastic wrap or lid
Increasing unit: 100 g
Initial food temp: -18°C, Frozen
Recommended
Menus: (Stirrable type), Tortellini,
Tagliatelle, Chinese menus
Procedure:
• Transfer meal to suitable microwave-proof dish.
• Add some liquid if recommended by the
manufacturer.
• Cover with microwave plastic wrap or lid.
• Cook without cover if the manufacturer instructs.
• When the audible signal sounds, stir and re-cover.
• After cooking, stir and leave to stand for approx.
1 - 2 minutes.

Gratin
Quantity: 0.5 - 1.5 kg
Utensils: Shallow, oval gratin dish
Increasing unit: 100 g
Initial food temp: 20°C, Room temperature
Recommended
Menus: Spinach gratin
Procedure:
• Prepare the gratin, referring to the attached SHARP
cookery book section.
• After cooking, let the food stand for approx. 5 - 10
minutes.
* If manufacturer instructs to add water, please calculate the total amount for the program with additional liquid.
