ABOUT UTENSILS AND COVERINGS It is not necessary to buy all new cookware. Many pieces already in your kitchen can be used successfully in your new convection microwave oven. The oven should not be used without the turntable in place, and it should never be restricted so that it cannot rotate. You may remove the turntable when preheating the oven and when preparing food to be cooked directly on the turntable.
