The fan will automatically start when heat rises from range surface units or burners and when convection, high mix, low mix or the broil settings are used. A good microwave cookbook is a valuable asset. Check it for microwave cooking principles, techniques, hints and recipes. Condensation is a normal part of microwave cooking.
INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW To test for doneness, insert a meat thermometer in a thick or dense area away from fat or bone. Never leave the thermometer in the food during cooking, unless it is approved for microwave oven use. ABOUT MICROWAVE COOKING • Arrange food carefully. An entry signal tone should be heard each time you press the control panel to make a correct entry.
