STEP 7 RemovetheTCUtoptogaineasieraccesstotheTCUcards.
STEP 8 Removeconnectorsfromtherearofthecardthatisbeingchanged.
STEP 9 Useashort#2Phillipsscrewdrivertoremovethemountingscrewfromthe
backofeachmodule(nearthebottom).
STEP 10 Lifttheboardoutoftheslotandreplacewithnewboard.
STEP 11 ReversethestepstoreconnectandreinstalltheTCU.
STEP 12 TurntheTCUonandafterbootup,verifythatthesoftwareonthenew
boardisthesameaswasontheboardthatwasremoved.
STEP 13 Endofprocedure.
5.8.6 PCM‐2CardReplacement
IfthePCM‐2cardischangedthe,TCUmicroSDcardshouldberemovedfromtheoldboardandinstalledinthenew
board.
Caution
THE MICRO SD CARD SHOULD ONLY BE REMOVED IF THE POWER IS
REMOVED FROM THE PCM CARD OR WHILE DEPRESSING THE PCM RESET
BUTTON DURING CARD REMOVAL.

THE MICRO SD CARD IS FORMATTED TO RUN LINUX AND SHOULD NOT BE
READ OR FORMATTED UNLESS THE BACKUP OR RESTORATION

fails.
