Note the followings to use hands-free or video call.
Speak approximately 20 to 40 cm away from the mouthpiece.
When the surroundings are noisy, the sound may break up
and the call may not be satisfactory.
When calling outdoors, in a location where surroundings are
noisy or where the sound echoes loudly, use an earphone/
microphone.
If the sound breaks up during a hands-free call, lower the
in-call volume.
In the following cases, [(high-quality sound)] is displayed.

While making a video call or receiving a video call/During a
video call
Clear talk processes voices to make conversations sound clear.
Sound quality may vary depending on the surrounding noises
and the tone of the voice.
When using Clear talk, make sure not to cover the hole of the
microphone and move the mouthpiece as close to your mouth
as possible for speaking.
Clear talk is not available in the case that the other party's voice
is not emitted from the earpiece, such as during a hands-free
call.
