Settings on shooting still pictures

Picture Size: Switch picture sizes of still pictures.
Framing Advisor: Switch division lines for compositions and
types of guide according to the scene for shooting.
HDR: Set whether to reduce blown out highlights when you
shoot still pictures in a high contrast scene such as when you
shoot against the light.
NightCatch: Set whether to shoot bright still pictures in a dark
scene.
ISO Sensitivity: Set the sensitivity for incorporation of light
according to the ambient brightness.
Shutter Mode: Set whether to automatically shoot the object
when he/she smiles or looks back on the camera if Focus
Setting is set to [Face AF].
OneTouch Shutter: Set whether to shoot still pictures by
touching the screen.

Video Size: Switch picture sizes of videos.
NightCatch: Set whether to shoot bright videos in a dark
scene.
Mic Setting: Set whether to use microphone.

White Balance: Set the color tone correction which is suitable
for the ambient light source.
Focus Setting: Set the focus according to the object.
If you set [Face AF], detect faces of people.
Self-timer: Set whether to automatically shoot with a timer set.
Touch [K]/[L]/[O] when using the front camera to set/
disable the timer.
Anti Flicker: Set to make the screen less susceptible to striped
patterns when you shoot in a place with fluorescent lighting.
Save To: Set a save destination.
Add Location Information: Set whether to add location
information.
Help: Check the functions of icons displayed on the shooting
screen, operations on the touch panel or how to use functions.
Function Information: Check how to use with a video tutorial
by using "Let's Try!".
Reset Settings: Reset settings.
Switching shooting modes
You can switch shooting modes to shoot with according to the
shooting condition and object.

Easy auto: A mode to automatically adjust the camera
according to the object.
Manual: A mode to adjust settings on shooting according to
the object.
High speed record: A mode for shooting videos in High speed
record. The shot video can be checked in Album (nP.56
"Playing high speed videos").
Time Laps: Make a video by connecting still pictures that are
shot at regular intervals.
Monochrome: A mode for monochrome shot.
Bleach bypass: A mode for shooting while making shady
parts appear darker and stressing chromatic contrast.
DeFocus: Set the focus on a nearby object and shoot photos
with its background blurred.
Photo Sphere: Activate the "Camera" app provided by Google
and shoot panoramic photos with a viewpoint above/below
you, of right/left of you and of 360° around you.
Camera Reader: Activate Camera reader.

Hand Mirror: A mode for reflecting yourself like a hand mirror
using the front camera (shooting is not available).
SHSHOW: Connect to the SHARP website and download an
app for utilizing the camera.
: Icons of shooting modes that you have recently used appear
at the top of the screen. Also, you can switch shooting modes
by touching the icon.
You can have English texts translated into Japanese in real
time just by holding the camera over English texts.

[Translation] to activate it.
As for the focus lock, the object's movements are detected
mainly on basis of the colors. Therefore, the object may not be
detected properly if its color is faint or similar to the background
color.
[ISO Sensitivity]
If you set ISO Sensitivity to high sensitivity, the shutter speed
becomes fast. Therefore, it is possible to reduce object shake
and camera shake or shoot clear images of an object in a dark
place. However, the quality of still pictures deteriorates.
