malfunctions): Make a call for inquiries about malfunctions.
ドコモ総合案内受付 (General inquiries to DOCOMO):
Make a call for general inquiries.
海外紛失盗難等 (Inquiries about loss, theft, etc. while
overseas): Make a call for inquiries about loss, theft, etc.
from overseas.
海外故障 (Inquiries about malfunctions while overseas):
Make a call for inquiries about malfunctions from overseas.
You can manage phonebook data of docomo account in cloud
computing or check My profile.

(docomo cloud) folder/[docomo
phonebook]/[Contacts]
: When the confirmation screen for using cloud computing is
displayed, check the content and select [Use]/[Not use].

In the following cases, Suguden does not work properly.
During a hands-free call
When using the earphone/microphone and headset
When connecting to a Bluetooth device with call function
When making a call/receiving a call during a call
When the motion is not detected properly while lying down,
running, etc.
When the handset is equipped with a flip cover and the cover is
closed, Suguden does not work.
[Disconnect]
Even in the following cases, a call ends when the handset
detects the motion.
When a call is putting on hold by the other party
When activating the answering memo (playing a reply
message/recording an answering memo)
[Call]
This is activated when the lock screen of the touch panel is
displayed or while a home app is being used.
[Hide the name when receiving]
This is available in the incoming voice call/video call screen.
When you answer a call while the display is turned on, the other
party's name is displayed at the incoming notification of the top
of the screen regardless of the setting.
