A The cleaning pad may be dirty. Replace with a clean pad. OR A Shark Steam & Spray™ Pro Mop washable cleaning pad was washed with a powder detergent and may be damaged and require replacement. Never use powder detergents. Only use liquid detergent to launder the washable cleaning pad.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE Cleaner not coming out from spray nozzle. • Check to see that the batteries are inserted properly into the battery compartment. If there are batteries, then insert new ones. • Make sure that the cleanser bottle is inserted all the way in. You should hear an audible “click” when inserted. • Check that there is enough cleaning solution in the cleanser bottle. If not, then insert a new bottle. Shark® Steam & Spray™ Pro Mop leaves water on the floor.
