Please check the following before calling for service. It may save you time and expense.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
1 Part or all of oven does not
operate.
• Power cord of oven is not completely
connected to the electrical outlet.
• Power outage.
• Fuse/circuit breaker at home doesn’t
work.
• Oven is in Demo Mode.
• Make sure the power cord is tightly connected to the
outlet.
• Check house lights to be sure. Call your local electric
company for service.
• Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
• See page 22 for how to cancel Demo Mode.
2 Food in oven is not heated.
• No power to the appliance.
• Oven controls improperly set.
• Oven is in Demo Mode.
• See SOLUTION for PROBLEM 1.
• Check if the controls have been properly set.
• See page 22.
3 Oven light does not work.
• Light bulb is loose or burned out. • Call for service.
4 Touch controls will not
operate.
• Control Lock is on. • See page 22 to unlock.
5 Display ashes.
• Power failure. • Press Clear pad and reset the clock. If the oven was in
use, you must reset the cooking function.
6 My app won’t start the oven
preheat or cooking cycles
properly.
• Is Remote Start turned ON? • See instructions on page 15 or the included Wi-Fi
Connect Guide for further details to enable Remote
Start.
7 I have to press START
on the oven even though I
pressed START PREHEAT
or START COOKING on
my app.

8 My app does not PAUSE, or
STOP/CANCEL cooking
properly; the oven continues
