A point of sale (POS) transaction overlay can

give you all the information you need to

closely monitor the work being performed by

employees at a cash register. The transaction

overlay unit plugs into your register and the camera feed is looped

through that same unit. It then takes information from the register

(such as date/time, sale total, cash received and change given) and

overlays it onto your video feed. Your digital video recorder records

all of this information on the video and provides a permanent record

of all transactions making it easy to identify errors or theft at the

cash register. One unit (and camera) is required for each register.

Display Security Cameras On TV

A digital TV modulator takes the stan-

dard video feed from a camera or mul-

tiplexer and converts it to a cable TV

signal. This allows you watch your

video feed on any standard TV that is

connected to your cable system. It has

a digital readout that shows the current channel selected

and supports audio as well.

You will need one of these units per camera or you can use

a single unit on the output side of your multiplexer. The

modulator also has video and audio adjustments to correct

bad signals. Mounting hardware is included.

1800’ PTZ/Video Transmitter

This kit is perfect for converting a

security cameras coax video signal

and Pan-Tilt-Zoom control to a sig-

nal that can be transmitted with a

twisted pair wire up to 1800'. The

kit includes two converts. One unit

attaches to the video and PTZ out-

put of the security camera and the other connects to the video

and PTZ input on the DVR or video recorder. Cat 5 cable or

any twisted two pair copper cable is attached between the two

units. The units do not require a power source.
