We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Although all online transactions are
encrypted and secure, if you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other
information over the internet, call us directly to place your order with one of our customer representa-
tives. You may also fax a print-out of your shopping cart contents to 801-295-2191 and we'll charge
your card manually. In order to process a faxed order, we will need the credit card number and expi-
ration date along with the correct billing & shipping address, telephone number, and 3 digit security code.
Pre-payment with a personal check or company check is accepted. Mail your order information and check
to the address listed below. Once the check has cleared your bank we will ship the order. This process
takes 5-7 days after we have received the check before the order can be shipped.
Purchased orders are accepted from Fortune 500 corporate accounts, schools, hospitals and government agen-
cies, no exceptions to this rule. You must complete the following processes: (1) Fax us (Automated Video Sys-
tems) a letter on your letterhead formally requesting us to accept your purchase orders; (2) Fax a copy of the
PO detailing the equipment to be purchased to 801-295-2191. The terms are standard 30 day net. Please note
that an account application may take 3-5 days to complete before the order is shipped out.
PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments
online. You must have a PayPal account and have funds available in the account. If you do
not have an account you can set one up in minutes and transfer money from your bank
checking account into your PayPal account.

45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee all of our products for complete satisfaction.
We offer the following return options during the first 45 days from the date of purchase. Return for Credit: Receive a 100%
in-store credit of the total sale price including shipping which can be used towards the purchase of any items we offer. Re-
placement: We offer replacement of any defective or non operational item purchased. Return for Refund: Receive a refund
of the total sale price minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. The following items are not eligible for refunds,
only in-store credits EZ-EYE, EYE-SPY, BLACK-OPS, JMC-DV003. All wire purchases are final. No wire purchases are return-
able or refundable.
Our goal is to ship all orders the same day or the next after an order is placed. Occasionally due to stock levels or import
delays we can not ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 1-2 business days after the order date we will contact
you by email or phone and inform you of the delay. The cost of shipping via UPS Ground with-in the USA is included in the
sale prices quoted. We can not guarantee a delivery date simply because UPS will not guarantee a delivery date for Ground
shipments. Due to this, please allow 4-10 days for delivery depending on your location. If you require the equipment sooner
please choose one of the other shipping options we offer such as UPS 3 Day, 2 Day or Over Night. The additional cost will be
added to your order. Any orders which require shipping outside the USA will be shipped UPS World Express and the cost of
shipping will be added to the total sale price.
