(4) Speed control (operation pattern 3)
Pulse output is maintained at the target speed in this step data. The present position is also
calculated during continued output. The direction of pulse output follows the sign in the position
data of the same No. To stop this output, either execute the deceleration stop instruction, or input
the external interrupt signal from general-purpose input.
