IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including the following: 1. Read all instructions. 2. Keep kettle out of reach of children. 3. Before use check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to the one shown on the rating plate. 4. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

Do not place into the dishwasher. Unpack the unit and remove all packaging materials. Wipe the outside of the kettle with soft damp cloth. Before using the unit for the first time, clean the inside of the kettle following the steps below: 1.

USAGE (Refer to p. 6 for Parts Identification) FILTER USAGE/CLEANING KETTLE DEFAULT SETTINGS USAGE: Fill the kettle with the desired amount of water. NOTE: Always make sure to fill the water between the minimum and maximum marking of the level indicator. 1. Place the filled kettle on the base and plug the appliance into the wall outlet. NOTE: If the temperature is set and you wish to change it, you will have to turn off the kettle and switch it back on. 2. Plug the kettle into power source.
