To obtain service under any of the warranties in this brochure,
please contact the Lowe’s store where you purchased the carpet.
Consequential or Incidental Damages
Lowe’s EXCLUDES AND WILL NOT PAY CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER THESE WARRANTIES.This
includes any loss, expense, or damage other than to the carpet itself
that may result from a defect in the carpet. Including, without
limitation, trip charges, delivery delays, extra handling and labor
involved in bordering or sculpturing. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
All implied warranties which may arise by implication of law or
application of course of dealing or usage of trade, including but not
limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a
particular purpose are expressly excluded.There are no warranties
which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
