This document contains important technical and safety
information about the device and its safety use and in-
stallation. Before beginning the installation, please read
this guide and any other documents accompanying the
device carefully and completely. Failure to follow the in-
stallation procedures could lead to malfunction, danger to
your health and life, violation of the law or refusal of legal
and/or commercial guarantee (if any). Allterco Robotics is
not responsible for any loss or damage in case of incor-
rect installation or improper operation of this device due
to failure of following the user and safety instructions in
this guide.

The WiFi switch input Shelly i3 may send commands for
control of other devices, over the Internet. It is intended to
be mounted into a standard in-wall console, behind pow-
er sockets and light switches or other places with limited
space. Shelly may work as a standalone Device or as an
accessory to another home automation controller.

mote control of electric appliances through mobile phone,
PC or home automation system. Shelly® uses WiFi to con-
nect to the devices controlling it. They can be in the same

Der WiFi-Switch-Eingang Shelly i3 sendet möglicherweise
Befehle zur Steuerung anderer Geräte über das Internet. Es
ist für die Montage in einer Standard-Wandkonsole hinter
Steckdosen und Lichtschaltern oder an anderen Orten mit
begrenztem Platz vorgesehen. Shelly kann als eigenständi-
ges Gerät oder als Zubehör für einen anderen Hausautoma-
tionscontroller verwendet werden.

Introduzione a Shelly®
Shelly® è una famiglia di Dispositivi innovativi, che con-

User is outside the range of the local WiFi network, as long
as the WiFi router is connected to the Internet. The cloud
function could be used, which is activated through the web
server of the Device or through the settings in the Shelly
Cloud mobile application.
The User can register and access Shelly Cloud, using ei-
ther Android or iOS mobile applications, or any internet
browser and the web site:

Installation Instructions
⚠CAUTION! Danger of electrocution. The mounting/
installation of the Device should be done by a qualied per-
son (electrician).
⚠CAUTION! Danger of electrocution. Even when the De-
vice is turned off, it is possible to have voltage across its
clamps. Every change in the connection of the clamps has
to be done after ensuring all local power is powered off/
disconnected.
⚠CAUTION! Connect the Device only in the way shown in
these instructions. Any other method could cause damage
and/or injury.
⚠CAUTION! Use the Device only with power grid and ap-
pliances which comply with all applicable regulations. short
circuit in the power grid or any appliance connected to the
Device may damage the Device.
⚠RECOMMENDATION! Тhe Device may be connected
(wirelessly) to and may control electric circuits and appli-
ances. Proceed with caution! Irresponsible attitude could
lead to malfunction, danger to your life or violation of the
law.
⚠RECOMMENDATION! The Device may be connected
with solid single-core cables with increased heat resistance
to insulation not less than PVC T105°C.

Installationsanleitung
⚠VORSICHT! Stromschlaggefahr. Die Montage / Installati-
on des Geräts sollte von einer qualizierten Person (Elektriker)
durchgeführt werden.
⚠VORSICHT! Stromschlaggefahr. Selbst wenn das Gerät
ausgeschaltet ist, kann es zu einer Spannung an den Klem-
men kommen. Jede Änderung in der Verbindung der Klem-
men muss vorgenommen werden, nachdem sichergestellt
wurde, dass die gesamte lokale Stromversorgung ausge-
schaltet / getrennt ist.
⚠VORSICHT! Schließen Sie das Gerät nur auf die in dieser
Anleitung angegebene Weise an. Jede andere Methode kann
Schäden und / oder Verletzungen verursachen.
⚠VORSICHT! Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur mit Stromnetzen
und Geräten, die allen geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen.
Ein Kurzschluss im Stromnetz oder an ein an das Gerät an-

il quale l’Utente può regolare, controllare e monitorare il
Dispositivo. Shelly® ha due modalità WiFi: Access Point
(AP) e modalità Client (CM). Per funzionare in modalità
client, è necessario che un router WiFi si trovi entro la
portata del dispositivo. I dispositivi Shelly® possono co-
municare direttamente con altri dispositivi WiFi tramite
protocollo HTTP.
Un’API può essere fornita dal produttore. I dispositivi
Shelly® possono essere disponibili per il monitoraggio e il
controllo anche se l’Utente si trova al di fuori della portata
della rete WiFi locale, purché il router WiFi sia connesso a

Istruzioni per l’installazione
