Getting Started 2.1 Put the digital photo frame with installing bracket on a flat position steadily, then plug one end of the AC adapter into a standard 110-240V AC electrical outlet and the other end into the DC IN slot on the left side of the frame.

You can find frame ID in [Setting>Device info] of cloud frame. Once blinding successfully. You will receive a message [Successful Binding]. Then you can send picture or video to it, after files have been sent, you will receive message [We have received your message].
3.2.2 Twitter Search [BSIMB] in Twitter and follow it. Then tap [Message] and send a private massage [bd+frame ID] to [BSIMB] to blind the cloud frame. For example, [bdKESEU8D]. You can find frame ID in [Setting>Device info] of cloud frame. Once blinding successfully. You will receive a message [Successful Binding]. Then you can send picture or video to it, after files have been sent, you will receive message [We have received your message]. And you can see video or picture you shared on cloud frame.
3.2.3 Cloud Photo APP How to download APP For Android: Search [Cloud Photo] in Google Play and download the APP For IOS: Search [Cloud Photo] in iTunes Store and download the APP How to bind cloud frame Tap [Device manager] in user interface of Cloud Photo APP. Enter frame’s nickname and frame ID. You can find frame ID in [Setting>Device info] of cloud frame. You can also scan the QR code to get frame ID.Then tap [Blind]. Once blinding process is completed.
4.General Operating Instruction After turn on cloud frame, it will show the start-up animation. Then enter main menu interface. 4.1 Pictures Tap [Picture] on main menu to access to picture interface.

Choose music from internal memory, memory card, USB driver.

4.3 Videos Tap [Video] on main menu to access to video interface. Choose video from internal memory, memory card, USB driver, cloud server. Then tap the music to start display video. Tap the video about 2 seconds. Then check the video you want to copy or delete. Tap [Export] to copy the video from internal memory to memory card or USB driver. Tap [Import] to copy the video from memory card or USB driver to internal memory. Tap [Delete] to delete the video. Then tap [OK] to confirm.
4.4 Clock Tap [Clock] on main menu to access to clock interface. Double tap the clock and you can choose different clock skins.
4.5 Calendar Tap [Calendar] on main menu to access to calendar with a slideshow window at the right. 4.6 Alarm Tap [Clock] on main menu to access to clock interface. Tap the alarm clock icon on the right corner. Tap [Add] to add new alarm and tap [Edit] to edit or delete alarm.
4.7 Weather Tap [Weather] on main menu to access to weather interface with slide show window and weather of three days. Tap [℃] or [℉] to switch temperature format. Tap [ ] you can switch the city. Enter city name then tap [ 16 ] to search city.
4.8 Video call Tap [Video call] on main menu to access to video call interface. Tap “+” to add friends’ frame ID,then you can start audio call or video call. Add more friends,then you can choose group chat. You can check your recently call records when you tap Recently calls. 5. Settings 5.1 Device info You can check cloud frame ID number in[Device Info] and the users information that bound to this cloud frame.
5.2 PC control Cloud frame can use as a FTP server if the frame and other devices, such as laptop and smart phone are connecting to the same WLAN. Use ftp link that shown on frame [Setting>PC control] to access to FTP server. Then you can put picture, music, video on this folder. We can see these files in internal memory of cloud frame as long as files completely uploaded.
5.3 Wi-Fi Setting Turn on or turn off Wi-Fi connection and check available Wi-Fi network. 5.4 Album Setting In [Album Settings], you can set different slideshow setting include [Slideshow], [background music], [Slideshow mode], [Slideshow animation], [Slideshow interval], [Delete all photos] and [Reset all settings].
5.5 System Settings In [System Settings], You can set [Sound], [Display], [Data and time], [Language], [Auto on& auto off], [ Factory data reset]. Note: Turn on [Auto on] or [Auto off] in [System setting]. And set [Auto on time], [Auto off time] and [Repeat]. Then cloud frame will auto power on or power off. 5.
In [About] you can check firmware version, frame ID,memory space and other information. Version Upgrade If new version was launched, tap [Version] and you will see a pop up message [Find new version]. Then tap [Download] to download new version of cloud photo frame APP. After download process is completed, tap [Install] to install new version of cloud photo frame APP and tap [Cancel] to cancle this process. After new verion of cloud photo frame APP was installed.
6.Suspended Ball Turn on suspended ball in [System settings>Display].Then suspended ball will appear on screen. Tap [ ] access to previous page. Tap [ ] access to main menu. Tap on [ ] to increase volume. Tap on [ ] to decrease volume.

Cannot read the Memory Card or USB-Device: Please confirm there are supported files on your memory card or USB device. Empty devices cannot be read.
