Parameters Specification:
 Backup: Click this button to back up the router's configurations.
 Restore: Click this button to restore the router's configurations.
Set Steps：
① Click “System Tools”.
② Select “Back/Restore”.
③ “Backup” to keep parameters.
④ Click “Browse” to add an file
⑤ Click “Save”
