Fluctuatingroom temperature include:
cold or warm airfromanair vent began
circulatingover the testarea; the door
to the testroom was opened or closed
during thetest, etc.
Significantchangesinroom
temperature may sometimes cause a
subjectto enter a vasoconstrictive
state, causing both right andleftfinger
temperatures to steadily decline.
Vasomotor Instability This will flag cases where the left
finger temperature rises too high due
to the vessel open during the whole
test.
