UC will not turn on: It may have been left on and the battery might be dead. Plug it into the wall to charge and
put the switch to off. Wait an hour before switching it on. If this does not work, use a paperclip to press the
reset button on the back. Your memory will not be lost but you should always have a backup!
Remote control range is less than 50 feet: The battery might be low. If you hear a rattling in the remote and the
range is very bad the antenna may have been knocked off inside the remote and it needs to be repaired.
