1 Enable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
- For Android user, click the network detail to double check frequency is 2.4GHz.
Ensure signal strength is excellent.
- For iPhone user, please get into the Wi-Fi router setting page to check
frequency. Active 2.4GHz frequency if it is inactive.
