Warranty Statement
Member Warranty
Register on the official website (www.holatek.cn) 7 days after purchasing the product
to obtain 1 year warranty service
Product Warranty Strategy:
According to Microcomputer Commodity Repair, Replace, Refund Responsibility
Regulations, refer as to “Three guarantees”, customer can obtain repair, replace or
refund service with invoice and three guarantees certificate. Refer to “Three
guarantees” for details.
Machine Warranty:
12 months start from the date on the purchase invoice.
If customer lost the invoice/three guarantees certificate, the guarantee date starts from
the 90
th
day after the production date.
Unlimited Warranty
-Three guarantees valid period expires
-No valid invoice and three guarantees certificate (not including the certificate that
can prove the product is in valid period)
-The product number on the product warranty certificate or purchase certificate
does not correspond to the number of machine or the number is altered.
-Damages caused by human factors, including using in abnormal working
environment or misusing the product.
-Users disassemble, repair, modify the machine or unauthorized repairs.
-Damages caused by force majeure (such as flood, fire, earthquake,
lightning and so on).
Warranty Ways
1Make sure to bring the warranty invoice and valid purchase certificate when replace
or repair the product. Contact HOLATEK customer service to inquire the customer
information files if the certificate is lost (the files are built up by registering online
after purchase)
2. You can go to any maintenance center (refer to the official website)
in your country to replace or repair the product.
3.You can post to HOLATEK Ltd. Co. to replace or repair the product.
