Ⅸ：Common Troubleshooting
1.Not Turn ON
Please check if the helmet has enough power; or press the
button of Reset after charging cable is connected.
2.Not record or image lost frames or camera“Dead”:
(1) Before using, please get APP connected, and format the TF
card by setting in the APP.
(2) Make sure memory card must be high speed like Class10
(C10); if card level below C10, video images cannot be recorded
in all frames nor be read or written to the card.
3. APP live streaming is not smooth or downloading speed is
slow (affected by runtime environment of mobile phone):
(1) Stop unnecessary programs running in the background,
which can improve phone running speed)
(2) In complicated runtime, WiFi transmission is somewhat
impaired.
4. Time not synchronized: time will update automatically once
APP gets connected from time to time.
5. Videos not shown or frozen after being downloaded from
APP to phone album:
Regarding Android smartphone, there would be the problem of
player compatibility; please update the current player or change
to another one; or copy videos from memory card to computer
and play.
