Thank you for your purchase and welcome to the Brevo smart life! In this quick start guide, you’ll nd instructions for installation and proper use of your
new smart lighting kit. For further questions not covered in this guide, please contact your place of purchase or the Brevo customer service.
Plug the lightstrip into ANY port of the
controller. Make sure the arrow on the
plug is face up.
Connect to the power adapter.
Press
: Turn the lightstrip ON/OFF
Press and hold
: Reset the controller
to factory settings.
Press
: Cycle through the preset
lighting effects.

Connect to the power adapter.
Blue Indicator
: Power and
Bluetooth connection indicator.
Green Indicator
: Wi-Fi connection indicator ashes
when connecting and turns solid when wi- is
connected. (2.4 GHz only.)
Once the hub is connected to a 2.4 GHz wireless
network, you can control the Brevo lighting from
the app from virtually anywhere. (Data connection
required.)
Reset button
: Press and hold for ~5s
to reset hub.
Press
: Cycle through the preset
colors.
Press and hold
: Change brightness
of the lightstrip.
Press to cycle the built-in microphone
ON/OFF (used for music syncing
only).
Color Temperature Slider Bar:
Slide from left or right
to adjust the color temperature in 25% increments.
Continue sliding for wider adjustments.
(NOTE: Channel Selection Required)
Press
Mode
to cycle through preset effects. Press
Color
to cycle through lighting colors. Press
Music
button to turn on/off the lightstrip’s built-in microphone.
(LED bulb does not support music syncing.)
Channel Buttons:
Use these buttons to control Brevo lighting devices
after programming them in the Brevo app. (See
Program the Remote Control
in this quick-start
guide.)
Press the center of a channel button to select or
deselect the device/group assigned to that channel.
(When a channel is selected, its blue LED indicator
lights up.)
Once selected, you can control the color temperature,
hue and brightness of the device/group assigned to
that channel.
Press the left edge of the channel button to turn ON
the device/group assigned to that channel.
Press the right edge of the channel button to turn OFF
the device/group assigned to that channel.
To maximize battery life, the
remote control will automatically
disconnect and enter stand-by
mode after a period of inactivity.
Simply press the channel button
on the remote to resume the
control.
Brightness Slider Bar:
Slide from
left or right to adjust the light’s
brightness in 30% increments.
Continue sliding for wider
adjustments.
Color Wheel:
Tap or slide your
nger on the wheel to set the
lightstrip to desired color.
Cut Line
Reset Button
: Press and hold for
5s to reset the remote.
Note
: If the app cannot nd the
remote when adding a device,
reset the remote and try again.
Two AAA Batteries
When using the
Touch Control Slider Bars
,
Mode
,
Color
and
Music
buttons, at least
one
Channel Button
must be selected. (The
channel’s blue LED indicator will light up once
selected.)
4. The length of the LED strip can
shortened by cutting along the
indicated
cut line
on the strip (see
below).
IMPORTANT
: Only cut
along the indicated cut line. Once
shortened, the LED strip cannot be
lengthened again.
The LED bulb comes in U.S. standard E26 base and A19 shape. Search for the bulb in the Brevo app and add it as a
device.
Arrow
1. Make sure the surface is smooth,
dry and clean before installing. If
necessary, use a cloth to clean
the surface. DO NOT install the
led strip on the dusty/dirty walls or
rough/textured surfaces.
2. Peel off the adhesive from the
back of LED strip. Position the strip
where you want to install the strip.
Use your hand to press it onto the
surface.
3. Carefully press the strip to
ensure it’s afxed rmly. Use clips
to secure around corners.
