Problem#3: The stimulation doesn’t seem
to be working very well.
• The Receiver Collar is not tight enough.
Check to make sure the contact points
are in constant contact with your dog’s
skin.
• The batteries are dead. Replace or
recharge as needed.
Problem#4: The Receiver Collar light

• The unit has been left turned on
between training sessions. Make sure
the receiver is turned off after each
