Command format with reader address:
Command code: 05H
Parameter of reader address:address
Command parameter: 2 bytes, byte1 expresses start frequency fmin, value
1~63; byte2 expresses end frequency fmax, value 1~63. If fmax>fmin,
reader works by FHSS, range is fmin~fmax. If fmax=fmin, reader works in
fixed frequency, frequency is fmax.
Command packet: 『40H 05H 05H address fmin fmax CheckSum』
Return data: if command execution correct, return data is null.
