Water resistance
Your Bugatti Ceramique Edition One is 100 meter (10 ATM) water resis-
tant. Now what does this mean?
e water tightness test generates a pressure that corresponds to the
pressure at a depth of 100 meters. is measures only static pressure
without any movement. e watch must withstand this pressure for
a certain period of time. However, much higher dynamic pressure is
generated when moving in water or through a showerhead. e rules for
this pressure test are regulated in the international ISO 22810:2010 or
the German DIN 8310 standard. is test does not dene real swimming
or diving depths, so the following classication has become common
practice:
