9. Troubleshooting
Here we provide help for the most common problems. If you are looking

Problem: I don‘t get notications
Solution: Please check if the following applies:
1. You have notications enabled in your watch settings.
2. You set the notication time correctly.
3. You are not currently within the time frame that you set as sleeping
time.
4. Android: Most Android versions limit an apps ability to send notica-
tions to save battery. at is, of course, not what you want. Go to „set-
tings“ within your Android device, click on the small „search“ icon and
type „battery optimization“. Click on the „battery optimization“ menu
item, go down to the Bugatti Smartwatches app, click on it and choose
„Do not optimize“.
Problem: I don‘t get a GPS signal
Solution: Are you standing outside? e GPS signal cannot surpass
walls, ceilings, etc. If not, please go outside to be able to receive a GPS
signal.
