5. Troubleshooting

Unit can not turn on

• Check the battery is without electricity

• Connect the power adapter check again

• If the unit still not turn on after charge, please contact our customer

service.

headphones not out put

• Check the volume setting, make sure not set in 0.

• Check that the headphones connect properly

button does not work

• Make sure the electronic lock is locked, if so please pull up action to

unlock / power button to open the electronic lock try again.

serious noise

• Check that the headset plug is clean, dirt plug can cause noise

• Check the music file is damaged. Try to determine the other music player.

Damaged file, may lead to serious noise.

FM reception is poor

• Adjust the position of the player headset

• Turn off nearby electrical installations

• Headset can be used as antenna

• Check whether the option to set the correct language, language selection

in the "Settings" - "System Settings> -" Language selection> in the set.

• Make sure the correctly connected between the unit and computer

• Make sure the memory storage have available space.

• Make sure the USB cable not damaged.
