2. Turn on location services in settings
3. Select go to WiFi settings
4. Turn on the Dash Cam and search for "YC_******" (the last six digits are randomly generated
letters or numbers) on the "WI-FI" list of the mobile phone
5. Enter the WI-FI password: "12345678".
6. After connecting your mobile phone to the Dash Cam, just open the APP, click the "Add
Camera" icon, enter the real-time monitoring screen mode. The Dash Cam connects to the
WI-FI successfully.
7. You can now view your Dash Cam and adjust it’s settings via the “HETA I”Dash Cam App

Notes ON “THETA I” APP SOFTWARE
1. The effective distance of Wi-Fi connection is around 10 meters
2. The TF card needed to be formatted by this APP when it is first time used.
3. When your mobile phone connects to the camera, it cannot access internet at the same
time.
4. During the online playback, it is normal symptom for APP cannot play smoothly or little
bit delay.
5. Whenever the APP on the mobile phone cannot search for the Dash Cam, please switch
off the APP and the camera, and then try again.
