Motor Response
1) Target reached: If the preset target amount of exercise has been reached, the
motor will vibrate briefly 3 times, indicating that user should stop after 3
cycles, with the 4 LEDs keep lighting for 10 seconds.
2) Battery level too low: once the battery level is too low, the motor will keep
vibrating for 2-3 seconds, and the device will shut down automatically.
About the Sensitivity and Reliability
1. High Sensitivity- Suitable for vigorous exercises or sports;
2. Medium Sensitivity (default) - Suitable for normal exercises by ordinary
people.
3. Low Sensitivity – Suitable for gentle exercises.
Note: The sensitivity should be judged based on the extent of adaptation.
