Monitor the baseline.
When the baseline has stabilized, press
on the detector, then inject 10 μL of mobile phase,
and verify that no peaks are observed.

Inject 10 μL of the test sample five times, and
analyze the data obtained.

From the peak data obtained from the five
analyses, derive the relative standard deviation
(coefficient of variation (C.V.)) for: retention time
and peak area ("Fig. 7.13").
